GENERAL

You can shop in the online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Use is free. The buyer is obliged to take over the ordered goods. Upon receipt, the buyer is obliged to check the quantity and quality of the ordered goods. If the buyer does not accept the shipment and has not canceled the order, he is obliged to pay all shipping costs and return costs. All prices include 22% VAT. Upon collection, the buyer pays for the goods in the way he chose when confirming the order. Order information allows you to track your purchase from order to delivery. The latter option is available to you by selecting the option My data and then My orders, where you can always find out the current status of your order. We also consistently inform you about the status of your order via e-mail.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

- Cash on delivery is most common for small orders. We ship via the cheapest delivery provider.

- Payment by proforma invoice to the company's TRR. With this, you confirm the order and after receiving the payment to our TRR, we will send you the goods according to the agreement or you can also pick it up in person at our warehouse: Valburga 50, 1216 Smlednik.

- Payment according to virman, of course upon presentation of the appropriate instrument to secure the payment (e.g. bill of exchange, customer's credit rating, etc.)

- Pay pal or credit card via Paypal account

COMPLAINTS

We will try to resolve every complaint in favor of the customer. Complaints about purchased goods are taken into account in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. The costs of returning the goods for reclamation are covered by the buyer, while the costs of sending replacement goods are covered by the merchant. CANCEL ORDER

If the goods have already been shipped at the time of your cancellation of the order, you have the right to return the purchased goods at your own expense within thirty days from the date of collection in the original and undamaged packaging to the merchant's address. If the merchant assesses that the goods are not in the same (original) condition as they were provided to the buyer at the time of sale, the latter reserves the right to compensation or to redeliver - and this time irrevocably - deliver such goods to the buyer. In the event that the buyer provides incorrect or incomplete information, and the product or products have already been paid for via pay-pal account or via the UPN form, we reserve the right to charge administrative costs: (Pay pal 3.4% + 0.2 EUR fixed costs , UPN form: 1.50 EUR fixed cost) and until the termination of the contract with the buyer. The already paid purchase price will be returned to the buyer (minus administrative costs) within 30 days of payment.
