If the value of the order is below EUR 6.10 including VAT, packaging and shipping costs of EUR 6.10 including VAT will be charged at the end of the order.

up to 2.0 kg = € 4.29

over 2.0kg to 5.00kg = € 5.28


All other shipments will be sent with the cheapest provider: GLS, DPD, DHL, TNT, even if you choose the delivery service of Pošta Slovenije!

Cash on delivery - if you have decided to deliver by post, you can choose a cash on delivery payment method.

Shipping and/or packing costs will be charged at the end of the purchase.

The commission is exempt from VAT. Postage and the ransom price are paid by the recipient of the shipments, who is also the payer of the commission for paying the ransom.

You can avoid the commission you pay to the Post Office of Slovenia only by paying by advance invoice (bank transfer) or via the PAY PAL payment service.

The customer who ordered the product and did not receive it due to his own fault, is obliged to order all further orders according to the proforma invoice and to cover the shipping costs,

which were caused by his order, which he did not take. Otherwise, all his further orders will be cancelled.

Please consider! We do not send products/items for your testing, unless this is specifically stated in the store next to the item or according to the contract. Since it is necessary to have certain prior knowledge for the installation of antenna devices, we recommend that you decide to purchase only and only when you think you have such knowledge and experience. In the case of more demanding installations, for a successful end result, professional measurements with professional measuring instruments are of course also required at the actual location of the installation of the antenna device. Consumer or The buyer (natural person) has the right to notify the company (at the contact e-mail address: INFO@SPENKO.TV) within 15 days of receiving the goods that he withdraws from the contract without having to give a reason for his decision. It is not possible to physically view the items before the purchase, so we allow you (within the legal framework) to return the goods - withdrawal from the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods (withdrawal from the contract - purchase). The product must be returned undamaged, unused and in the same quantity. Refunds will be made to your personal account as soon as possible, but at the latest within 30 days of receipt of the rejected item/product, excluding shipping costs.

The return option does not apply to software, to products made to order, e.g. coaxial cable per running meter etc. or if the consumer has opened the security seal.

Because we want the matter to be resolved as quickly and without complications as possible, we have prepared a short list of what to pay attention to when buying remotely:

Carefully open the packaging and keep it in an unchanged condition until you are completely sure that the article is suitable (color, shape, etc.). Damage and scratches may occur when handling the item, especially items that have lacquered surfaces (all receivers, LNBs, antennas, LCD TVs...) Careless removal of protective films and materials may cause damage to the product (dark lacquered surfaces). , Do not open items that have a security seal (receivers in protective foil, visible traces of use (dust, hair, scratches, stains, dirt) are not suitable for return, due to the possibility of a used item, e.g. connecting the receiver to the TV!, visible traces assembly (visible scratches) are damages that occur during the installation of the appliances. Do not install the appliances until you are sure that they meet your requirements,

Items purchased remotely are not intended to be used or tested within the statutory withdrawal period. The possibility of withdrawing from the contract is intended so that you can open the article, examine it and if it does not suit you, or if your expectations were wrong, withdraw from the purchase. These recommendations  apply if the item is defective or not working at the time of purchase -> in this case, of course, you can complain about the purchase and the general warranty conditions apply to: SERVIS@EDISION.si.


RETURN OF DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If, upon receiving the shipment, you notice that the item or package is physically damaged, its contents are missing, or it shows signs of being opened, you must immediately initiate a complaint procedure with the delivery service. You do this by bringing the package to the post office that delivered the package as soon as possible and reminding the postal employees that you need to fill out the form Record of Damaged Shipment, which you then also sign. Together with the delivery service, we will make sure that the complaint is resolved in the shortest possible time.


WARRANTY

In accordance with the law, the manufacturer/supplier EDISION Slovenia is obliged to provide the customer with a guarantee for the faultless operation of the purchased goods. The buyer can claim the guarantee with the guarantee certificate and the seller's invoice.

The manufacturer is obliged to carry out the warranty repair within 45 days of receipt of the goods, otherwise replace the article with another, equivalent and faultless article.

The return of goods within the warranty period is carried out in accordance with the conditions stated on the warranty card, the buyer does not incur any costs for returning the goods.

If you want to return the shipment at our expense, you can do so by contacting us at the customer relations department TEL: 041/736-701 or via the contact form. In accordance with this agreement, we will send a courier to your address to collect the shipment.


Attention: a different method of return at our expense is not possible. Therefore, we advise you to contact our support before sending.


IMPORTANT


When or When returning an item, be sure to include a copy of the invoice.

We recommend that you use a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment and that you properly prepare the goods for transport, using appropriate safe packaging.

Shipping costs are always borne by the sender, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Ransom shipments are not accepted and will be rejected.


If you want to return an item (obtained with funds from prizes or bonuses, etc.) for any reason, you can certainly do so. In this case, it is only possible to exchange for the same or any other more expensive item from our offer, or we will refund you only the payments actually made. The prize won cannot be paid out or returned to Duna Špenko d.o.o. under any circumstances. bill.
